At the baseball-themed Bruins of the Year event on April 17, 2025, Pre-Kindergarten teacher Brian Willis was honored as the Ranch Heights Teacher of the Year. He was introduced by student Eleanor Ennis.
Second Grade teacher Jennifer Felton was honored as the school's Rising Star Teacher, an award for teachers with one to four years of experience.
AIMS Teacher Assistant Kayla McNeall was honored as the school's Classified Person of the Year.
